Committee Advisor
Ann-Cabell Baum Andersen is often described as one of downtown Raleigh’s biggest boosters. In addition to being the Owner/President of the Glenwood Agency, she supports a website that lists downtown restaurants, nightspots and housing. Ann-Cabell has lived all over the Downtown area. First at the Cotton Mill (considered first warehouse re-development), then onto Park Devereux, overlooking Nash Square park, and then with husband Bryan into the Five Points/Hayes Barton area. After 4 and a half years, and looking for a little excitement, they decided to remodel a condo at The Dawson. During the remodel time, they moved into 150 St. Mary’s townhomes, then 1001 Hillsborough condos and then with the remodel finished, into their home at Dawson Condominiums. Ann-Cabell says, “Crazy, I know! But we love having gotten to experience Downtown living from so many different perspectives!”
